Clients acknowledge that AI responses are generated automatically and should be reviewed periodically for accuracy. AdeptAI Proficiency aims to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We work to resolve any interruptions as quickly as possible.

Services are billed according to the agreed service plan. Payments are due on the billing date listed in the client agreement. Failure to make payment may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.
Clients may cancel services with written notice according to the terms outlined in their service agreement. Any remaining balances must be paid before service termination.
